Our Policy
We advise the site users and Psychopedia buyers to order the products after they are sure. In case you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the products within 72 hours. Buyers, please note that defective or damaged merchandise can only be returned only if it’s unused. The used product would not be accepted under the Return policy. Exchange of products once bought is not allowed unless the product already delivered in defected or damaged one.
How to return the products
In case the Products are delivered by Psychopedia fails to live up to your expectations, you may return it to us (to be done within 72 hours) –
- Send us by courier along with the purchase invoice and courier receipt.
Kindly note that the item to be returned must be returned in the original brand box (packaging). Refunds for the same will be given in the original form of payment.
Refund Process and Timeframe
It will take at least 10-15 business days to process the Refunds. The warehouse will inspect the returned merchandise sent back for a refund and reserves the right to reject returns. Once the return has been processed, you will receive a return email confirmation. It may take additional 2-10 business days for the money to be credited in your account depending on the credit card company. Psychopedia is not responsible for returns until they are received in our warehouse.
Cancel Policy
If unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, please do so within 12 hours of placing the orde
